Installation Procedure

1.BE ON STOCK ROM & KERNEL(Always Advisable)

2.WIPE DATA,CACHE N DELVIC CACHE THROUGH CWM.

3.DOWNLOAD JELLYDROID ROM AND MOVE IT TO ROOT OF YOUR SD CARD. DON'T PUT IT IN ANY FOLDER. OTHERWISE IT WON'T WORK.

4.BOOT INTO RECOVERY.

5.SELECT INSTALL UPDATE FROM SD CARD.

6.SELECT CWM.
7.TAKE A BACKUP OF UR CURRENT ROM THROUGH CWM ITSELF.
8.SELECT INSTALL ZIP FROM SD CARD. SELECT "JELYDROID OS GT S5302 BY DSB.ZIP" DOWNLOADED AND INSTALL.

5.REBOOT.

Nandroid Backup or System Backup

HOW TO MAKE BACK UP OF YOUR

SYSTEM OR NANDROID BACKUP

REQUIREMENTS :-
1.ROOTED PHONE
2.CWM (ClockWorkMod)
3.GALAXY/LITE

PROCEDURE :-
Ensure you have at least more than 70% battery as certainty.
Also ensure that you have at least 500mb of free space on your SD Card (my backup around 300-400mb).

Download cwm.zip from link and put directly into the SD Card.
Switch off completely your Galaxy Y.
Boot into Stock Android Recovery when is turned off phone press following key combinations of volume up+home+power button for 5-6 sec. until the appear text with red color.
On Stock Recovery go to "apply update from sdcard" (this's 2nd option) note: touch screen not working you can navigate by pressing VOL UP/DOWN buttons and for selecting press MIDDLE BUTTON.
Then find a the downloaded file must be at the top select it. Do not put it in any folder.(note: if you rename file to other name should be of the first alphabetic characters ABC or numbers 123, because will not be visible will went down the list).
So now you should see a screen with orange text color, if so you are in the right direction this is CWM Custom Recovery.
Let us look at menu they are many options, but for now in this guide/tutorial we only need the option "Backup and Restore" (sixth position) this option has three different options:
>BACKUP
>RESTORE
>ADVANCED RESTORE

option"BACKUP" for backing up system option second "RESTORE" you can restore the already created backup
and last option is "ADVANCED RESTORE" you can restore separately from some "BACKUPS" data,system,boot.img(this's kernel) or when installed Custom rom and want to restore just data(apps) of previous backup.
By pressing "Backup" process of NANDROID Backup starts and you just wait 2-3min.max
so you have a FULL BACKUP of your OS.
That's it! Return to Reboot Now option press it for rebooting!!!

In case you want to Restore the created backup, because you are screwed up your system with wrong tweak,mod or crummy ROM, you need the option "Restore".

I have tested everything and it is working without any problems. The app comes with the name "Settings" and it uses the same app icon that the Galaxy S4 has. All of the settings menus are accessible and the only problem might be the tabs' names, but anyone with basic decompiling skills can translate them to their preffered language.

1. Make sure you root your phone click here if you don't CLICK
2. Download ROOT explorer
3. Use it and go to /system, then on upper right hand side corner tap on r/w
4. Tap and long press build.prop and select Open using text editor
5. Search this
6. Rename it
ro.product.cpu=armeabi

to

ro.product.cpu=armeabi-v7a

Reboot your phone after that

Ram Tweak

RAM TWEAK FOR GALAXY

Y/DOUS/LITE

This trick to get free ram is a tweak. It requires root as to have access the build.prop file,
So for the tweak-
1. DOWNLOAD any build.prop editor, i used ROOT EXPLORER/PRO, you can get it from the market.
2. Open the build.prop file and select edit.
3. Now scroll to the bottom of the build.prop file and add the following:-
ro.HOME_APP_ADJ=1
4. Now save the file and reboot your phone, and you are done.

Now whenever you will clear the ram it will go down to 100 MB and sometimes even 80 MB and than rise a bit to 134 MB. While before the tweak it just go max to 160 MB and than rises to about 210 MB but not more than thah in few conditions.
