SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 SETTINGS FOR

I have tested everything and it is working without any problems. The app comes with the name "Settings" and it uses the same app icon that the Galaxy S4 has. All of the settings menus are accessible and the only problem might be the tabs' names, but anyone with basic decompiling skills can translate them to their preffered language.

1. DOWNLOAD the apk file to your sdcard
2. Install it as normal application
3. After installing run it and enjoy
